Kelly came on staff with Young Life in 2012 and has served the mission in a variety of roles, including property staff and college ministry. She moved to St. Pete in January 2020 and is excited to grow Young Life ministry here. You can find her rock climbing, fishing or drinking coffee at Black Crow Coffee Co.

RACHEL DESANTO
LOCAL BOARD CHAIR
Rachel and her husband, Sergio, have lived in St. Pete for most of their lives and have two young children. Rachel attended Young Life in high school and it helped lay the foundation of her own faith. She has helped develop the local board in St. Pete and is eager to reach kids in this city.

ASSOCIATE REGIONAL DIRECTOR, TAMPA
Rob has served the mission of Young Life for 40 years and oversees the development and training of all staff in the Tampa Bay metro area. He has deep roots in Pinellas County and is excited to reach more and more kids in this area.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER LEADER
Young Life leaders show up in the lives of kids to build meaningful friendships with them and share the Gospel. Kids are desperate for caring adults to help them navigate life and faith. From school lunches to Friday night football games to band practice, you can find Young Life leaders there cheering on their friends and showing them with words and actions that they are known and loved.
